A: Yes! Every item is carefully handmade with love and attention to detail, meaning no two pieces are ever exactly the same.

Q: Do you accept custom orders?
A: At the moment, I offer my own designs and collections. However, I’m always happy to hear from customers about ideas, and I may be able to make small adjustments to suit your needs.

Q: How will my order be packaged?
A: Every order is carefully prepared and beautifully presented. Your accessory will arrive in a delicate white organza gift bag, finished with ribbon and pretty stickers, making it feel truly special, whether it’s a gift for yourself or someone you love.

We carefully process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days, ensuring your items are on their way quickly and with care.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all packaging intact. Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued if applicable. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
