1. What kind of products do you make?
I specialise in handcrafted hair accessories designed to add elegance and romance to any look. My collection includes bridal/elegant bows, pretty scrunchies, and delicate floral clips. Each piece is thoughtfully created to suit brides, bridesmaids, flower girls, prom-goers, or anyone who loves timeless, feminine style. My goal is to make accessories that feel special enough for once-in-a-lifetime moments, yet versatile enough to wear every day.
2. Where are your products made?
All of my pieces are handmade with love in the UK. Every accessory is carefully cut, sewn, and finished by hand, ensuring a level of craftsmanship you won’t find in mass-produced products. By choosing handmade, you’re not only supporting a small business but also receiving a unique piece made with patience, passion, and attention to detail.
3. How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Once you’ve placed your order, I aim to process and dispatch it within 1–3 working days. Each item is carefully packaged with the same care that goes into making it. You’ll receive an email with tracking details (where applicable) so you can follow your order’s journey until it arrives safely at your door.
4. Do you accept returns?
Yes, I want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, I accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition to be eligible for a refund. Once I’ve received and checked the returned item, I’ll process your refund promptly. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
5. How are the items packaged?
Every order is wrapped with care to make it feel like opening a gift. Each accessory is placed in a soft white organza bag, tied with ribbon, and finished with branded stickers and other little goodies. This makes each order extra special, perfect if you’re treating yourself or buying a gift for someone you love.
6. Do you offer custom or personalised orders?
Yes! I love working on special requests. If you’d like a bow in a specific colour, a scrunchie with personalised details, or multiple accessories for a bridal party, please reach out. I will always do my best to accommodate your ideas depending on fabric availability and time frames.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
Shopping with me is secure and simple. I accept all major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Payments. Whichever option you choose, your payment is processed safely and securely.
8. Do you ship internationally?
No, at the moment, I only ship within the United Kingdom. This allows me to keep shipping costs low, delivery times fast, and ensure every order arrives safely. All parcels are sent with care and securely packaged, so you can trust your items will reach you beautifully.
9. How should I care for my accessory?
To keep your accessory looking its best, I recommend storing it in the organza gift bag when not in use. Avoid contact with water, perfume, and hairspray, as this can damage delicate fabrics, pearls, or diamanté embellishments. Handle with care, especially with pieces featuring lace or chains, to ensure they last beautifully for years to come.
